Momentum is building but we need your help for New York State to pass the Packaging Reduction & Recycling Infrastructure Act  into law before the NYS Legislature adjourns in June.

Recently, the federal government has abandoned its responsibility to protect our health and the environment, and it is now up to our state government to act. Right now, we have an amazing opportunity to pass a statewide bill to cut plastic packaging by 30%, slow climate change, save taxpayer dollars by making companies foot the bill to deal with packaging waste, and protect our health by banning 17 toxic chemicals used in packaging like PFAS, lead, phthalates, mercury, BPA, formaldehyde, and more.
