Stand Up for No More 24!
The world is watching. The United Nations released a letter to the U.S. State Department condemning New York's 24-hour workday for home care workers as inhumane, holding the government accountable for permitting the practice and violating international labor standards.
Following the release of the UN letter, the No More 24 coalition held a press conference urging NYC Council Speaker Julie Menin to keep her promise to support Council Member Chris Marte's No More 24 bill and bring it to a vote.
