The petitioning season is underway and will continue throughout March!

Help Get VID-Endorsed Candidates on the Ballot! We need volunteers to collect signatures and ensure our candidates qualify for the June 24 primary. Signing a petition is the only way candidates can appear on the ballot. Petitioning shows support for grassroots candidates and gives communities a direct role in shaping elections. 

Join VID for candidate petitioning every weekend  in two locations: 

West Side Saturdays
Abingdon Square (Bleecker & Hudson) 9:30am- 11:30am

• Saturday, March 22nd - with VID endorsed candidates Councilmember Erik Bottcher & DA Alvin Bragg
• Saturday, March 29th

East Side Sundays 
In front of Gristides (University Pl between 8th St & 9th St)  beginning at 10:30am:

• Sunday, March 23rd  - with VID endorsed candidate Harvey Epstein
• Saturday, March 29th
