Dear Neighbor,
The state law establishing the siting process for up to three commercial casinos in New York State includes the creation of a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) for each casino applicant to review their application and vote on whether the project should advance to the Gaming Facility Location Board for consideration.
Each proposal is required under the Community Advisory Committee process to have two public hearings. Below are the details for the second upcoming hearing dates for the Community Advisory Committees for The Avenir and Caesars Palace Times Square.
