Petitioning - All Hands on Deck!

Petitioning is off to a great start! But, we need MANY more signatures to qualify our candidates. Join us every weekend in March.

To VID, Judicial Delegate and County Committee Candidates* :

This past Saturday VID had over twenty people out petitioning at Abingdon Sq. and Gristedes. We collected a significant number of signatures but we still need far more to qualify our candidates. We have a responsibility to ensure that VID's endorsed candidates, Judicial Delegates and County Committee candidates qualify to make it onto the ballot for the June 24th primary!

It all begins with VID collecting as many signatures as possible! The more volunteers we have, the more signatures we can get and the more fun we will have together!

And remember, that two of our endorsed candidates for public office are our own Brad Hoylman-Sigal (for Manhattan Borough President) and Erik Bottcher (City Council Dist. 3) and Harvey Epstein (candidate for Council Dist. 2) is virtually our own, just doesn't vote at VID.

Let's make sure their campaigns start strong and ensure VID's endorsed candidates secure decisive victories!

PETITIONING SCHEDULE:
Join us for candidate petitioning every weekend (2 locations). You can also petition on your own, or in front of your building, and don't forget to carry your petition with you at all times!

We have two additional exciting opportunities to petition with VID this week.

With Erik Bottcher: Thursday, March 20, 8:00-9:00 AM at PS 3 (490 Hudson St.)
With Brad Hoylman-Sigal: Friday, March 21, 8:00-9:00 AM at PS 41 (116 West 11th Street)

Abingdon Square (Bleecker & Hudson) 9:15am - 11:30am
